Registration and reservation conditions: In order to participate in one of our activities, it is compulsory to reserve in advance depending on availability.

During the summer, registrations can be taken directly at our canyoning base in Angon-Talloires or at the Pédal Douce store in Annecy. You can also contact us by email at contact@montemedio.com or by phone at +33 6 12 13 05 30

Your registration will be validated upon receipt of payment of either the deposit or the full amount requested for the service. Accepted methods of payment: Cash, bank checks, ANCV, bank transfers, online payment by credit card or on site.

When registering, you acknowledge having read and accept the General Conditions of Sale.

If you are the subscriber of a group of several people: you must agree to inform each of the participants of the content of the activities, the conditions of participation and the general conditions of sale.

Our prices include supervision by a qualified professional (documents available for verification) and the loan of adequate equipment, but do not include your transport to the departure point, accommodation, food, drinks or other personal expenses. .

Conditions of participation: Our activities are open to everyone, however depending on the activities and course, certain conditions must be taken into account: age, height, weight limit, swimming skills, technical or physical level, being used to height to abseil or climb on a via ferrata…

It is also imperative that each participant is in good health and in good shape on the day of the activity. On the other hand, each participant must be attentive and properly carry out the instructions given by the professional throughout the activity.

For activities that are practiced in white water (canyoning, rafting) it is imperative to know how to swim 50 meters minimum and not to be afraid to put your head under water (a test can be carried out in Lake Annecy before canyoning).
You should not be subject to a medical contraindication to the practice of the chosen activity.
Important: You are not subject to a medical contraindication, but you are dependent on special medical care or special treatment, or your state of health requires special attention (back pain, concern with a joint), you must inform the instructor before the start of the activity.

The activities we offer are practiced in an unsecured natural environment: rivers, canyons, cliffs, mountains, etc. You should therefore be aware of the risks inherent in the practice of these activities.

Audiovisual Property and Image Rights: By participating in one of our activities, you expressly and without restriction accept that your image is used for promotional and advertising purposes on all our “paper” media and our communication tools and modern telecommunications (Videos, Photos, Website, Social Networks), unless written request from you, sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and photo for your identification.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify or delete information concerning you.

Insurance: Monté Médio is insured for civil liability for activities (each monitor also has professional civil liability).

Monté Médio is also insured by a Civil Liability contract for the resale of sports activities which covers the responsibility of the office in everything related to the organization, sale and resale of supervised sports activities, before the performance of services by independent monitors. , in the field.

Monté Médio cannot be held responsible for activities reserved with its partners.

Gift vouchers: The beneficiary of the gift voucher must contact us 15 days before the planned date to ensure our availability.
The gift voucher is valid as a means of payment with Monté Médio. The gift voucher is not nominative, therefore transferable to the person of your choice.

Cancellations for individual customers (less than 6 people):

If you decide to cancel the service in full, you must let us know by email. Your withdrawal will result in the following deductions from the total amount of the service.

- More than 15 days before your activity: no deduction, full refund of the deposit paid,
- From 15 to 8 days: 50% of retention,
- Less than 7 days: 100% retention.

Partial cancellation of the client: If part of the workforce withdraws, you have up to 7 days before the start of the activity to obtain an updated rate. Outside this period, you will be billed the full amount of the quote.

A reimbursement is made only in the event of incapacity to carry out the activity, on presentation of a medical certificate. This reimbursement concerns only the person named in the said certificate; except for minor participants, under the responsibility of the accompanying adult concerned.

Cancellation of seminar clients and groups of more than 6 people:

Total cancellation on the part of the client: If you decide to cancel the service in full, you must let us know by email. Your withdrawal will result in the following deductions from the total amount of the service.
- More than 30 days before your activity: no deduction, full refund of the deposit paid,
- From 30 to 16 days: 30% withholding,
- From 15 to 8 days: 50% of retention,
- From 7 to 2 days: 90% of retention,
- Less than 2 days: 100% retention.

Special cancellation conditions: Monté Médio professionals reserve the right to cancel an activity for security reasons (Meteorology, water releases from the water, floods, etc.) or for all other cases of force majeure. In these cases, a replacement activity will be organized as far as possible or another date will be offered. If the trip cannot be made, the service is fully reimbursed without being able to claim any other compensation. ONLY THE MONITOR IS ABLE TO CANCEL AN ACTIVITY IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER.

Monté Médio reserves the right to cancel a service if the minimum number of participants in the outing is not reached.

Appointment hours and delays:
An appointment time is systematically communicated whatever the service. For the smooth running of activities and out of respect for the other participants and the instructor, we do not tolerate any delay.
BEYOND THIS PERIOD, THE MONITOR (S) LEAVE IN ACTIVITY AND NO REFUND AND NO COMPENSATION WILL BE REQUIRED.

The signatory of this document certifies having read the general and specific conditions of sale and undertakes to inform the participants of his group of all the terms and conditions.
