Introduction to canyoning in a mini canyon
The Frontenex canyon is a beautiful, characteristic canyon, both short and fun with many waterfalls which can be crossed by slides with or without the help of the rope.
It allows a first approach to the practice and presents a more accessible and less busy alternative to the Angon canyon in order to take your children from 8 years old to discover this very special environment, all while having fun!

This is a real little canyon which is perfectly suited to discovering canyoning for children and which has the advantage of being little frequented.
The program
Meet your instructor near the village of Frontenex, on the heights of Faverges.
Once equipped, you reach the stream in a few steps. After the first slides, we arrive at the top of the first waterfall which we slide down while being braked with the help of the rope by the guide.
We then enter this mini canyon where small waterfalls and beautiful basins will follow one after the other. We can even do small jumps.
The descent lasts about an hour, it’s the perfect timing for the children before they start to feel cold…
We come out of the canyon via a small path equipped with ropes then 5 minutes later we find ourselves at the parking lot.
